Loudspeakers are one of the state's means of communication used to propagate policies in recent times and have been very effective, contributing to propaganda and the development of legal policies. The issue of health communication has been effectively adopted through programs on health policy and health science. In order to have a scientific basis for surveying the role of loudspeakers in the new period in urban areas, creating a basis to advise industries, especially the health sector, on the satisfaction and effectiveness of loudspeakers. clear towards the people. With 7 in-depth interview samples in qualitative research conducted in Hiep An ward, Thu Dau Mot city, about the need to use and develop a quantitative assessment toolkit in the future. The results show that the rate of information reception is quite high, the age of reception increases gradually with age, the listening time per day fluctuates but still reaches a high rate, satisfaction with loudspeakers reaches a high level and the need to receive information from community loudspeakers in the future. Conclusion: Media reception from speakers is quite high, the received content is not proactive, so the incoming information does not meet the needs of today's low-tech and diverse media society. Therefore, there is a great need for a quantitative study with a more representative sample size to demonstrate the qualitative results that this study brings and at the same time, survey the content and effectiveness of health communication content from loudspeakers.

Simultaneously, underlining that online teaching is not only a temporary solution during epidemic seasons, but also an important way to improve educational quality. The research is carried out to examine the realities of online training in higher education in order to satisfy the demands of society's need for high-quality human resources. In addition, lecturer questionnaire and student questionnaire design would be used to collect quantitative data to answer research questions through the employment of questionnaire. The survey result showed that an average score of 4.03 to 4.19 with the “agree” level in student survey and another 4.19 to 4.29 in lecturer survey. It is indicated that the attitudes of students and lecturers on the survey items are very similar through two surveys. As a result, e-learning plays an important role in conveying the knowledge to all students at anytime and anywhere.
S-TiO2 typically exhibits high photocatalytic activity, but its powdered form makes it difficult to apply practically in environmental treatment. Diatomite from different locations varies in purity and integrity of the diatomaceous earth, making it a suitable catalyst support for synthesizing mixed-phase S-TiO2 catalysts using the sol-gel technique. The synthesized photocatalyst exhibits similar photocatalytic activity to S-TiO2. The NO gas treatment efficiency under the same conditions with different catalyst supports only decreases by approximately 3% within 30 minutes at a reaction rate of 0.0950 min-1, with an optimal mass ratio of 70:30 for S-TiO2 and diatomite. This composite material holds promise for addressing the application of photocatalytic materials in practical environmental treatment, including NO removal and the treatment of other environmental pollutants, as diatomite is a naturally available and environmentally friendly material.
With the development of information technology and smart technology to meet the Industrial Revolution 4.0, and to meet life requirements. Automatic control devices require high-precision control quality. Therefore, in this paper, we focus on researching the Sliding mode controller to improve the control quality compared to the PID controller. First, the sliding mode control is designed using the Lyapunov algorithm. Next, the process of simulating the position signal of a DC motor with a PID controller is compared with a sliding mode control to prove the effectiveness of the proposed controller.
Symbolic images stand for more than simply what appears before the eyes. They represent a deeper meaning behind the image – something. The symbolic images in public communications, and techniques of their application as an instrument of forming desired ideological models within social consciousness, as well as consider principles of social psychology that enable successful application of communication technologies to a target audience by appealing to their image thinking. Applied methods of the research are: sociocultural, historical, and content analysis, this article focuses on analyzing the significance of symbol image in public communication strategies and its impacts on brand building, trust establishment, and fostering a positive interactive environment with the public. This study deals with the stiffness design of geometrically nonlinear structures using
topology optimization. Bi-directional Evolutionary Structures Optimization (BESO) is
employed to implement the design process. The geometrically nonlinear behavior of the
structures are modeled using a total Lagrangian finite element formulation and the
equilibrium is found using a Newton-Raphson iterative scheme. The topology optimization
of linear and nonlinear modeling are implemented. The sensitivity of the objective function
is found with the adjoint method and the optimization problem is solved using BESO’s update method. Objective function of complementary work is evaluated. A special technique called the continuation method is applied to solve the instability of nonlinear structure optimization. ANSYS APDL is also used to do FEA of optimal topology to verify the effectiveness of geometrically nonlinear modelling. The results show that differences in stiffness of structures optimized using linear and nonlinear modelling is generally small but it can be large in some cases, especially structure highly involving buckling behaviour.
High power losses are a great concern in operating electric distribution system. Reconfiguration is one of the most economic approaches for reducing power losses of the system. This study suggests a technique for dealing with the distribution system reconfiguration problem based on a water cycle algorithm for minimizing active power loss. The water cycle algorithm is a recently developed metaheuristic algorithm that inspired the process of water circulation for solving optimization problems. The effectiveness and performance of the water cycle algorithm were tested on the 33-node and 69-node systems. The water cycle algorithm was applied to determine the best configuration of the distribution system for active power loss minimization. The results yielded by the water cycle algorithm were compared with other optimization algorithms in the literature and the comparisons showed that the water cycle algorithm obtained good quality of solution for the problem. Therefore, the water cycle algorithm is the potential method for the distribution system reconfiguration problem.
The aim of this study was to explore the impact of using games in teaching vocabulary from the viewpoints of learners who already participated in language games. Through questionnaire, data for analysis were collected from 100 learners at a foreign language center in Binh Duong province. The results show that most of the participants are motivated to learn when they are in games. Moreover, they can acquire vocabulary more quickly and easily if the games are based on some factors such as learners’ gender, age and education status. The study suggests that in spite of the effectiveness of using games in vocabulary teaching, games should not be used too much or too less in the classrooms.
