In this paper, the Neumann-Dirichlet boundary problem for a system of nonlinear viscoelastic equations of Kirchhoff type with Balakrishnan-Taylor term is considered. At first, a local existence is established by the linear approximation together with the Faedo- Galerkin method. Then, by establishing several reasonable conditions and suitable energy inequalities, the solution of the problem admits a general decay in time.

In this study, the author researches the numerical results of the comparison of synchronization speed of regular neural networks with unidirectional and bidirectional coupling. Each neuron is linearly coupled with the others and is represented by a reaction-diffusion system of FitzHugh-Nagumo type. The result shows that the necessary coupling strength for the synchronization in two cases decreases when the coupling number of neurons increases. In other words, the bigger the coupling number of neurons in the regular networks is, the easier the synchronization occurs. Moreover, synchronizing the regular networks with bidirectional coupling is easier than the one with unidirectional coupling over the same given number of neurons.
Glioma is a deadly tumor that accounts for the majority of malignancies of the brain and central nervous system. Currently, applying biomarkers and combining with clinical treatments in the diagnosis and prognosis of Glioma is the optimal trend. Among the effective biomarkers, microRNA has emerged as a novel, efficient biomarker. In this study, we used data from the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genome and Gene Routes Database (KEGG) and bioinformatics tools for functional prediction and annotation of two Glioma-associated molecules (miR-6780a-5p and miR-6754-3p). The result indicated that 361 genes relating with two molecules miR-6780a-5p and miR-6754-3p. In which, miR-6780a-5p interacts with 198 genes and miR-6754-3p interacts with 166 genes. PPI analysis (protein-protein interaction analysis) and functional enrichment analysis revealed that target molecules of two miRNAs (miR-6780a-5p, miR-6754-3p) belong to cancer signaling pathways such as MAPK (Mitogen-activated protein kinase) and WNT (Wingless-related integration site). In addition, two miRNAs (miR-6780a-5p and miR-6754-3p) affect not only Glioma but also regulation in many other cancers such as pancreatic, thyroid, and endometrial cancer. Briefly, the result has clarified the role of (miR-6780a-5p, miR-6754-3p) in regulating signaling pathway of Glioma, thereby evaluating the interaction between miRNAs, target genes and target signaling pathways, and also supporting for the selection of potential biomarkers in Glioma diagnosis
Cho Lon was a former province in southern Vietnam, now part of Ho Chi Minh City and Long An Province. During the Vietnam War from 1945 to 1954, Cho Lon province exemplified the practice of an all-people, all-out war across military, political, economic, and cultural fields. Using the method of writing history through oral narratives, this paper presents the process of organizing and developing general education in Cho Lon province in conjunction with the resistance movement led by the Democratic Republic of Vietnam. The results show that the Democratic Republic of Vietnam in Cho Lon province organized and developed general education throughout the resistance, even during the most intense periods of the war. The development of general education in Cho Lon province became an integral part of the resistance, contributing to its momentum and strength, and helping to achieve victory in the fight against French colonial invasion. The educational development in Cho Lon province from 1945 to 1954 provides valuable lessons for building an educational system during wartime.

It is very common to stabilize the preset value (Wanted value) of analog signals such as temperature, pressure, weight, flow, speed in automatic control. However, these control objects often have some problems such as overshooting, taking a long time to bring the system to a steady value, and large errors. One of the most used systems to overcome these problems is the PID, which is a preset stabilizing system with a quick function that returns the system to the set value in a short time without overshooting. error is close to zero. However, determining the scale parameters Ki, integral Kp, and differential Kd for the system to work optimally is a problem that needs to be studied. This paper presents how to accurately determine differential, integral, and scale coefficients according to 3D virtual reality model. Used a lot in simulation modeling for training and practical applications.
High power losses are a great concern in operating electric distribution system. Reconfiguration is one of the most economic approaches for reducing power losses of the system. This study suggests a technique for dealing with the distribution system reconfiguration problem based on a water cycle algorithm for minimizing active power loss. The water cycle algorithm is a recently developed metaheuristic algorithm that inspired the process of water circulation for solving optimization problems. The effectiveness and performance of the water cycle algorithm were tested on the 33-node and 69-node systems. The water cycle algorithm was applied to determine the best configuration of the distribution system for active power loss minimization. The results yielded by the water cycle algorithm were compared with other optimization algorithms in the literature and the comparisons showed that the water cycle algorithm obtained good quality of solution for the problem. Therefore, the water cycle algorithm is the potential method for the distribution system reconfiguration problem.
The study is conducted to assess the level of noise pollution from traffic activities in urban areas (in the case of Thuan An city, Binh Duong province) with the specific goal of applying geographic information systems. (GIS) in building noise pollution distribution maps in the study area. The research team collected noise data at peak hours and normal hours on weekdays and weekends using noise meters at 61 survey points. Noise measurement data was then interpolated using IDW (Inverse Distance Weighting) method to assess the spatial distribution of noise in Thuan An city. In addition, the study digitizes traffic routes and special areas (hospitals, schools, churches - pagodas) in the study area to identify areas affected by sound noisy. The results show that the areas near the main road are most affected by noise during rush hour, while areas in the small lane are noise level within the permitted range. In addition, the results also show the difference in noise level and noise time between weekdays and weekends
This paper analyzes the interpersonal metafunction in text messages of teachers of English at Viet Anh School. The paper uses Systemic Functional Grammar as the theoretical framework which aims to investigate into a language from a qualitative approach. The aim of this paper is to discover how interpersonal metafunction is being served in text messages of teachers of English in terms of mood, speech function, modality and personal pronouns. The analysis indicates that the English teachers often use text messages for providing more information and demanding services by the dominant use of declaratives clauses in their interaction. These English teachers also perform their plans or desires about their future intention through the frequent use of modality such as ‘will’, ‘can’ or ‘could’. Through the analysis of personal pronouns, it can be clear that the English teachers tend to interact with each other by sharing their points of view rather than mentioning about other things or persons. Their social relation is shorten through the popular use of pronouns ‘I’, ‘we’ and ‘you’. Thus, it can be concluded that the social relationship among the English teachers is established and maintained through the use of interpersonal metafunction.
Traditional fossil energy sources are increasingly exhausted, leading to the need for mankind to exploit alternative energy sources; and solar energy can be viewed as infinite. Solar photovoltaic and its applications are increasingly widely studied. However, due to its nonlinearity and unstable nature, high technology is required to achieve good conversion efficiency. One of the techniques to optimize solar cell efficiency is to use the Maximum Power Point Tracking algorithm (MPPT) and P&O is a relatively easy algorithm to implement. This article will present some problems about photovoltaic cells, power converters in solar power systems and using PSIM software to simulate an independent solar system with several harvesting solutions for solar power and compare the efficiency of them.
Dai Dao Tam Ky Pho Do [The Great Way of The Third Amnesty Era] (shortly Caodaism) is an indigenous religion established in southern Vietnam in the early 20th century. Being one of the new religions in the region, Caodaism has been constantly developing and attracting quite a great number of followers of over three million. The doctrine of Caodaism is a synthesis of the Three Religions, e.g. Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism together with elements from some other religions. The doctrine is not only shown in scriptures, religious structure, but also expressed through symbols in architecture, rituals and costumes. To a certain extent, it is thus essential to understand the symbolism of the Holy Temple – the most important one of the symbolism system so that we can fully comprehend Caodaism. The Temple is the most solemn and sacred place in Cao Dai Tay Ninh Holy See. It carries both philosophical and esoteric meanings as an emblem of cultural syncretism. The study of the Holy Temple symbol will elaborate further Caodaist doctrines in a relationship with the cultural context of the Southern region.
Electric vehicles (EVs) making a significant contribution to the reduction of fossil fuel consumption and CO2 emissions are expected to thrive in Vietnam in the upcoming years/in the near future. However, such vehicles’ energy demand could become a burden on the transmission networks, causing overloads to the electric grid of the nation. Hence, to solve this problem, a solar PV system can be utilized to fulfill the electricity needs in an EV charging station. This article presents the design, simulation and economic analysis of a grid-connected solar power system for an electric charging station at Thu Dau Mot University (TDMU). The photovoltaic (PV) power system is designed to supply energy to the charging station and office building. The study estimates the generated electricity, the efficiency of the PV power system and the ability to reduce CO2 emissions. This paper can be a recommended input for stakeholders to consider using this energy source for charging vehicles.
Automation or automatic control has been a growing trend in industrial fields as well as in life because of the advantages and utilities that help optimize work and reduce manpower in production. In medium and large scale automatic control systems, PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) is used as the control device for the system. In production, the transmission system using motors takes a large proportion and the problem of controlling for them to operate correctly, meeting technological requirements is one of the difficulties that need to be solved. In this study, we have applied PLC to stabilize motor speed according to preset value using PID algorithm integrated in Siemens S7–1200 PLC in order to apply research results in practice. At the limit of the article, we will present the issues of PID function block configuration, programming algorithm flowchart for PLCs, and monitoring console design for a small DC motor drive system model to verify.
As the most significant pollinators of wild plants, bees play an important role in sustaining the natural ecosystems. In this study, we conducted surveys of bee fauna of three different habitat types during dry and rainy seasons of 2020 in Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City. A total of 169 individuals from 13 bee species belonging to six genera were collected. Of these, eight species are newly recorded from Ho Chi Minh City: Amegilla calceifera, A. himalajensis, A. zonata, Ceratina nigrolateralis, C. smaragdula, Xylocopa aestuan, X. latipes, Tetragonula fuscobalteata. The species composition of bees was more diverse in forest habitat than rural garden and canalbank habitats. The richness and abundance of bees were significantly higher in the dry season than the rainy season. Apis florea was abundant in forest and rural garden habitats while Ceratina smaragdula occurred plentifully in the canalbank habitat. Eight bee species (Apis cerana, A. dorsata, A. florea, Thyreus himalayensis, Xylocopa latipes, X. aestuans, Ceratina smaragdula, and C. nigrolateralis) widely distributed throughout all three habitats. By contrast, four bee species (Amegilla calceifera, A. himalajensis, Apis mellifera, and Tetragonula fuscobalteata) exclusively appeared in the forest habitat.

This paper examines the main challenges of the processes of space and social policy change present to current urbanization trends of Taiwan. The chapter argues that one of the main challenges is economic growth, increasing integration into the global economy and making Taiwan competitive in the global economy. This process leads to the growth of large urban regions that present many challenges to the urban development in the future. In particular, the paper focuses on the most fragile areas of the extended urban spaces are the rural and urban margins, where urban activities are expanding into densely populated agricultural regions. It is argued that in these areas, local policies should be developed that adapt to local ecosystems. The paper presents lessons of interventions in this field for Ho Chi Minh, Dong Nai and Binh Duong Region for urban expansion.
Most of the indoor accidents are related with fall down. Many medical studies are point out that key factor for keeping patient’s life is fast response of monitoring system. In modern life, peoples are isolated with neighbor, especially in living quarters. Therefore many solutions are developed for falling down monitoring that base on wearable sensors. These methods require of an expensive sensors system with electric power supplier and telecommunication devices. In context of patients with disease and weak status, patients are trend to remove sensor system. This issue requires to find out another approach so that sensors system will not be needed. We study the fall detection by monitoring camera. For increase the accuracy, we proposed a simple and effective method to extract features of abnormal activities. By tracking the magnitude of entropy and its distribution, our fall detection model has a capability of differentiating falls from other activities

Activity recognition is one of the preliminary steps in designing and implementing assistive services in smart homes. Such services help identify abnormality or automate events generated while occupants do as well as intend to do their desired Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) inside a smart home environment. However, most existing systems are applied for single-resident homes. Multiple people living together create additional complexity in modeling numbers of overlapping and concurrent activities. In this paper, we introduce a hybrid mechanism between ontology-based and unsupervised machine learning strategies in creating activity models used for activity recognition in the context of multi-resident homes. Comparing to related data-driven approaches, the proposed technique is technically and practically scalable to real-world scenarios due to fast training time and easy implementation. An average activity recognition rate of 95.83% on CASAS Spring dataset was achieved and the average recognition run time per operation was measured as 12.86 mili-seconds.
Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) are electronic power controllers that allow for accurate control of the speed of alternating current (AC) induction motors that used in many kinds of machines including fans, pumps and compressors. These motors are used in most heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems and account for a significant percentage of the total HVAC energy consumption. More efficient operation of these motors using VFDs can result in significant energy savings. Besides, the communication between VFDs and PLC for Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) is also important. Modbus protocol has many kinds as RS485, RTU, Profinet,...In this paper we will present the communication between a PLC Siemens S7-1200 and an ATV310 Drive (Schneider) via Modbus RTU protocol which is supported.
